DMCA Takedown Requests
If you have been depicted in any content generated through our platform and would like to request removal of such content, please notify us through hello@lkmsoftware.com.
DMCA Notice Requirements
To file a valid DMCA takedown notice, your request must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing
- Information sufficient to permit us to contact you
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
Content Removal for Depicted Individuals
If you believe AI-generated content inappropriately depicts you or uses your likeness without permission:
- Contact us immediately at hello@lkmsoftware.com
- Provide clear identification of the content in question
- Include proof of your identity
- Explain why the content should be removed
- We will review and respond within 48 hours
Response Timeline
- 24 Hours: Initial acknowledgment of your complaint
- 48 Hours: DMCA takedown request review
- 7 Days: Complete resolution of complaints
Escalation Process
If you are not satisfied with the initial resolution of your complaint:
- Request escalation to our management team
- Provide additional context or evidence
- We will conduct a secondary review within 5 business days
- Final decisions will be communicated in writing
Counter-Notification Process
If your content has been removed due to a DMCA notice and you believe the removal was incorrect, you may file a counter-notification:

- Include all required legal elements of a counter-notification
- We will forward your counter-notification to the original complainant
- Content may be restored after 10-14 business days unless legal action is taken
