Thank you for choosing Afluence. The following terms are applicable for any products or services that you have purchased from us.
Eligibility for Refunds
We offer refunds under the following circumstances:
- Service Not Delivered: If the service is not delivered as promised due to an error on our end.
- Technical Issues: If a technical issue caused by our platform prevents you from accessing the features you paid for, and the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe.
- Early Cancellation: If you cancel your subscription within the refund period outlined below.
- AI Service Failures: If our AI generation services consistently fail to produce results due to platform errors (not including normal AI limitations or user input issues).
Refund Period
Refund requests must be made within 48 hours of the payment date. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be granted under the following conditions:
- Change of Mind: If you change your mind after purchasing a subscription or service.
- Non-Usage: If you fail to use the service during the subscription period.
- Third-Party Issues: If the issue is caused by third-party software, AI providers, or tools not directly controlled by our platform.
- Usage Threshold Exceeded: If you have used more than 10% of the credits, generations, or service allowances you purchased.
- Policy Violations: If your account has been suspended or terminated due to violations of our Terms of Use or Usage Policy.
- Normal AI Limitations: If AI-generated content does not meet your expectations due to inherent limitations of AI technology rather than platform failures.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact our support team: Reach out to us at hello@lkmsoftware.com or through our contact form.
- Provide documentation: Include your payment receipt, order ID, and a detailed explanation of the issue.
- Wait for review: Our team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.
- Refund processing: If your request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Subscription Cancellations
- Immediate Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
- End of Billing Period: Cancelled subscriptions remain active until the end of the current billing period.
- No Partial Refunds: We do not provide partial refunds for unused portions of subscription periods, except within the 48-hour refund window.
- Data Retention: Your generated content and account data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation to allow for potential reactivation.
Dispute Resolution
If you disagree with our refund decision, you may:
- Request a review by escalating your case to our management team
- Provide additional documentation or evidence supporting your claim
- Contact your payment provider if you believe there was an unauthorized charge
Processing Times
- Review Period: 3-5 business days
- Refund Processing: 7-10 business days after approval
- Bank Processing: Additional 3-5 business days depending on your financial institution
Currency and Payment Methods
Refunds will be processed in the same currency and to the same payment method used for the original purchase. If the original payment method is no longer available, alternative arrangements may be made on a case-by-case basis.

We reserve the right to modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
